Missling Basel Missling’s origins are shrowded in darkness; on a hazy New Year’s Eve, a bold resolution was made, one which was finally fulfilled sometime later in a cellar on the outskirts of Basel. And so the group came together in its current form. Four musicians, who couldn’t be any more different from another, have become a mind-boggling group requiring no further explanation. Missling’s garage rock rumbles with deep bass, explosive drums, a screaming guitar and soulful vocals though various rock spheres. Classic road-trip sound meets dark grunge.
