www.mipv-musik.com instrumental trip rock / ambient / minimal Músicas intermináveis para Viagem ("Endless music for Tripping") plays instrumental Trip Rock, from Lounge to distortion, experiencing different sounds and rhythms, performed just with guitar and drums. This music project was created by LauraL (guitar) and the band played their first gig in Porto Alegre (RS/Brazil), back in April 2004. The first M.i.p.V's CD (Músicas intermináveis para Viagem - DiY/Tratore/RN14) was released in 2006 in Brazil, where the band enjoyed frequent airplay and the music was also selected for various soundtracks for movie, theatre and TV. "Músicas intermináveis para Viagem" received excellent reviews in Brazil and was nominated for the Best Instrumental Album of the Year -Prize Dynamite Toddy/2007. The second album “M.i.p.V II” (Solaris Empire/Broken Silence)was released in 2011/2012 in Berlin (Germany), where the guitarist resides since 2009. "M.i.p.V II” (2011/12-Solaris Empire) was praised in the German Press, being the M.i.p.V compared to bands like Durutti Column, Tortoise, Department, Clair Obscur, Neu! and La Düsseldorf. The drummers Marie Leão and Santiago Rodrigues participated of its recording. M.i.p.V has been performed in Brazil and Europe and the band released its third album "Modus Continuous" in June.2016 in Berlin, by Yellow Castle, the LauraL's Label. ‚Modus Continuous‘ was mixed by Martin Bisi on the legendary BC Studio - Brooklyn-NY, and mastered by Kurt (Pyrolator) Dahlke (aka tak) in Berlin. The Brazilian drummer Guilherme Thiesen Netto recorded the new album and since 2013 collaborates with the band. Members: LauraL (guitar)and invited drummers, among them Guilherme Thiesen Netto (Porto Alegre-BR), Pitchu Ferraz (São Paulo-BR) and Gil Delindro (Berlin). Die Band wurde von LauraL gegründet und hatte ihren ersten Auftritt in Porto Alegre (Brasilien 2004). 2006 kam ihre erste CD 'Músicas intermináveis para Viagem' heraus. Die zweite CD („M.i.p.V II“/Solaris Empire) kam in nov.2011, in Berlin. M.i.p.V. komponierte Soundtracks für Theater, Film und Fernsehen und tourte durch Brasilien und Europa. Seit 2016 die Band präsentiert sein neues Album Modus Continuous (Yellow Castle), mixed and recorded von Martin Bisi (BC Studio, NYC).
