MihuT The Sound Collective / Radio Helsinki / Hel2Buc Helsinki Mihut is hailing from Romania, a country known for its rich musical heritage, Mihut's journey in Helsinki began in 2015, starting at Bassoradio and nowadays on Radio Helsinki. He founded The Sound Collective, a record label, bringing Helsinki and Bucharest musically closer together, and co-founded among Melak the project H2B ( Helsinki2Bucharest ). Whether he is spinning records, producing tracks, or interacting with the crowd, his infectious energy and love for his craft shine through, always present at events in Finland and Romania, playing from big stages to small intimate gigs. He is well known for his record selection, influenced by his native Romanian sound, playing from downtempo jazzy sets in small venues to groovy uplifting sets, the bond between new and old, minimal house, techno or deep house.
