Metin Akarkan Istanbul Metin Akarkan was born in Istanbul in 1971. He played guitar in several Blues and Rock groups and released albums. When he started to get interested in electronic music, he took part in various ethnic music projects and made pop remixes. Being open to every kind of music projects and not sparing one from the other Metin Akarkan thinks that music is the easiest way of communication and that there is no place for discrimination between music and people. He adds: "When you love, try to be new and away from commercial concern then you can enjoy the music."
