Serial Number 1 by marksmartus published on 2019-05-14T03:35:27Z A little number I composed for the Immersion Festival in Urbana, IL in May 2019. Most parts were generated with twelve-tone serial techniques using Native Instuments' Reaktor and FM8 software. I played the improvised leads on the Haken Continuum. The piece was written for the Sound Dome at Immersion Fest, a dome with 18 speakers mounted around and above the listeners. Jake Metz then converted into this binaural file. If you listen with headphones, it simulates the experience of hearing the music in the dome. Genre Electronic
