Mercy. Mercy, Mercy- Feat. A.Rays by Maria Grapsa

'Dialogue in' includes a series of live recordings full of improvisation, spontaneity and musical dialogues. This project attempts to speak about the importance of being on the moment, present with ourselves and each other, communicating in a genuine way whilst creating music.

With the cross-disciplinary project, Maria Grapsa, pianist & composer, hopes to open a dialogue in between artists, musicians of all kinds and audience.

Why are we playing music? What are we trying to succeed?

The participants in these recordings are playing together for the very first time. They are taking the time to meet each other musically and connect in a special way. This is why we love improvising. The music allow us to have a free, genuine and respectful dialogue in between us.

Live Recording Sessions feature the young artists : Ashley Blasse, Matthew Kilner, Georgia Lee, Tom Pountney, Aurora Rays and Louis Stringer.
All tracks were recorded, mixed and mastered by Niccolo Conti in Royal Birmingham Conservatoire Studios.
