marcmaya Marc Maya Barcelona [ENG] Marc Maya began his career as a dj for over 12 years under the name of Marc Huardi, performing at the most emblematic clubs of Catalonia, Spain. Always attracted by the dynamic music and funny sounds, makes it difficult to classify in a musical style, as he can play from tech house to hard techno. In 2005 began to organize his own parties in Barcelona, with his partner Mario Batlles aka Mario Biani and as a result of this started in 2008 to be the resident dj of Florida 135 and the International Festival "Monegros Desert Festival". That year he started with the promoter Juan Arnau a new project: the opening of Row 14, which will become one of the best clubs in Barcelona. It is in this great new club of 4000 people where since the summer of 2010 is organizing an after party every Sunday where Marc Maya works as resident dj, "The Row Sundays". This after has become a benchmark for all clubbers and lovers of good electronic music from Catalonia and has every weekend international guest djs. In his role as producer Marc was just beggining on a new studio project that will be released in a few months in international labels of Minimal and Techno. [ESP] Marc Maya comenzó su andadura como dj hace mas de 12 años bajo el nombre de Marc Huardi, pinchando en los clubs más emblemáticos de Catalunya. Siempre atraído por la música dinámica y divertida, hace que sea difícil clasificarlo en un estilo musical, ya que en sus sesiones podemos pasar del tech house mas tranquilo al techno mas duro. En 2005 comienza a organizar sus propias fiestas en Barcelona, con su compañero Mario Battles aka Mario Biani con el que comienza a compartir cabina y crea el proyecto Narkotic Dlux , como consecuencia de esto pasa en 2008 a ser el dj residente de Florida 135 y de el festival internacional Monegros Desert Festival. Ese mismo año se embarcan con el promotor Juan Arnau en un nuevo proyecto : la apertura de Row 14, la cual se convertirá en una de las mejores salas de Barcelona. Es en este nuevo e impresionante club de 4000 personas donde desde el verano de 2010 se organiza un after cada domingo del cual Marc Maya es residente, "El Row Sundays". Este after se ha convertido en un referente para todos los clubbers y amantes de la buena música electrónica de Catalunya y cuenta cada fin de semana con invitados internacionales en su cabina.
