Marc Djokic Marc Djokic Winner of the Mécénat Musica Prix Goyer, a Prix Opus from the Conseil québécois de la musique, and a former Instrument Bank recipient from Canada Council, Marc Djokic is one of Canada’s most prolific violinists. In life as in his performances, his engaging, sincere and down-to-earth approach has been able to reach a diverse audience and encourages a renewed enthusiasm for classical and contemporary concerts. Marc is concertmaster of l’Orchestre classique de Montreal. In summer 2019 Marc Djokic will be embarking on his second European tour with solo recitals, chamber music concerts and masterclasses. Marc’s debut album “Solo Seven” was released on the ATMA Classique label in Fall 2018, and his newest collaborative album “André Mathieu – musique de chambre” will be released on May 3, 2019.
