Mappey hätten wirklich keinen trefflicheren Namen als “Champion Chord” für dieses gut aufgeräumte Stück Musik finden können. Kitzelnde Percussions kombiniert mit soliden Bässen kreieren eine aufgeweckte Soundlandschaft welche man sonst nur nach einer chaotischen Sommernacht eines Festivals aufzeigen könnten. Aber das wahre Highlight dieser wirklich smarten Soundkomposition ist der dynamisch kickende Synth, welcher deine Aufmerksamkeit fordert wie die Unteretage von Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct. Ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an den NO DIVAs Labelchef ARNO für den tollen Remix.

Naming Mappey's new release "Champion Chord" could not have described this well organised piece of music any better. Tikling percussions combined with heavy but soft sounding bottom ends creating an awaking soundscape, which normally only your eyes are able to witness during one of those messy summer mornings. But the true highlight of this smart composition is the dynamic kicking synth, which grabs your attention like Sharon Stones fanny in Basic Instinct.
