We have something a little bit different this month from Mark Innes as he takes us into the deeper darker areas of house and techno. Innes is quite new to the scene in Aberdeen having only picked up learning to DJ a couple years ago, he's also the man behind all the design for our website here at MWU.

In comparison to the previous editions of the MWU podcast, mix 005 has a deeper, darker sound and is basically a collection of some of my favourite tracks I’ve stumbled upon in 2013. This sound isn’t exactly made for clubs - rather with the intention of taking the listener on a musical journey.

I think Making Waves Underground is the beginning of something extremely special for Aberdeen, having heard some of Richie’s plans for 2014 and by looking at the number of hits the site is receiving from all across the globe I see big things ahead.
