maha mare - Ecstatic Ceremony 121020 by mahā mare

I am glad to have been a part of this first journey.
On the 12th of October Beatrice Luna and mahā mare organized a online event called "Ecstatic ceremony".
There was live music and this dj set by mahā mare, introduction, meditation, shadow work and a ecstatic ceremony guided by beatrice.
The first tracks and the very last track of the dj set is for entering and leaving with deep breathing. Feel free to choose your favourite pranayama and follow your inner movement. Let it flow and enjoy.
