LUVCAST 001: ROCCO RAIMUNDO by Luv Shack Records

In 2012 we pursued 3 main goals: to introduce the label, establish our artists and bring the Luv Shack Records sound to your ear. 2013 looks like a good year for some new goals and change! Since we are not only comitted to satisfy your needs with quality releases but also with quality audio in general, we want to express our luv for other music, artists and labels from past & present.

The Luv Shack Records Blog has been a first move in that direction, now we want to introduce to you the Luv Shack Podcast, cunningly named “Luvcast”. Luvcast dj-mixes and its contributing artists will be handpicked by the “quality control” Luv Shack team. Whether it be friends, long time companions, artists we like or producers whose music we appreciate, we’ll try our best to set the bar high and hit you with “Luvcasts” once or twice a month.

For the first installment we’ve asked Australian disco don Rocco Raimundo to whirl us up a mix that points to our hearts, minds and bodies equally. His sensual edits and tracks on labels like Disco Deviance, House of Disco, File Under Disco & Tribute have made proper waves over the last couple of years. Enjoy!
