Berlin based Amotik released his EP debut in the summer of 2015, and since then, the unknown producer’s had a remarkable run. His debut vinyl EP and the following four releases (on his self-titled label) have made it into the Groove charts. His style is best described as hypnotic/dreamy techno with an uncompromisingly raw undertone. His tracks are heavy, coarse-grained and sometimes atmospheric. In 2016, he also released on Tommy Four Seven’s imprint ’47’ and groove Magazine has named him as one of their Hoffnungsträger (hopefuls) for 2017 in a recent feature.
