Like the start of many long lasting friendships, ours and Hamid's began at an afterparty, post Hoppetosse out here in Berlin. This friendly, music obsessed Frenchman relocated to Berlin 2ish years ago from his previous home in London, and since our hazy meeting we've been slowly but surely discovering how good his music is. Glitchy, funked out and soulful minimal is Hamid's angle, and he delivers it perfectly, for labels such as Minibar and Colt Music. A recent signing to Geist Agency and a fast filling 2016 calendar surely marks this players true stamp on the game. The mix is top notch as we expected. And we think you'll agree.
