Slow Wave Delta (disquiet0250) by lordofoverstock published on 2016-10-14T20:58:09Z Synthesizer on audiotool.com playing a melody in G major that modulates up to A minor then repeats. The sound is split into 3 parts: original, pitch delay down 50%, pitch delay down 100%, all with reverb. Recorded into Audacity then copy/paste/slow down by 1% four times, then resampled and that track pitched down an octave. About 2 minutes long since I'm running outta room on my Soundcloud account. |||| More on this 250th weekly Disquiet Junto project — “Soothing Sounds for Junto: Make some peaceful music for an infant child” — at: http://disquiet.com/0250/ More on the Disquiet Junto at: http://disquiet.com/junto/ Subscribe to project announcements here: http://tinyletter.com/disquiet-junto/ Project discussion takes place on llllllll.co: http://llllllll.co/t/soothing-sounds-disquiet-junto-project-0250/4927 There’s also on a Junto Slack. Genre Ambient Comment by Hypoid First I've heard of audiotool, does sort of remind me of my great grandmothers parlor organ, in a soothing way :-) 2016-10-18T00:03:28Z Comment by 337is (three three seven is) Interesting that the sonic manipulations you made renders it into something resembling an organ. Nice. 2016-10-17T11:22:59Z
