Local Motive Athens Alex Eversbusch Athens Local Motive is a collective of musicians from many different musical projects ranging from Athens to Atlanta and far beyond. These songs were written and developed over the course of hundreds of gigs with many different arrangements. Many of the musicians on these tracks have never played together in this dimension, but some have played for hours together in various groups, or in a recording setting which is technically another dimension - the 4th dimension where 3D space can happen at any time, and the linear time frame actually becomes both limitless and cyclical? These songs are meant to be a vessel to carry that energy that we all worked on together in order to cultivate a representation of that energy that lives on forever in perpetual motion.
