Himiko by Lorenzo Miniero published on 2023-03-13T14:46:51Z A bit like I did in "Jade" a few years ago, this was an attempt to write more or less "traditional" Japanese folk music, mimicking their traditional instruments, all with a soundtrack feel to it (especially in the strings sections). For the percussions finale, I used the excellent (and free) SCC Taiko Drums SFZ library by S. Christian Collins. As usual, everything was written and recorded using open source and free tools: Ardour, MuseScore, Fluidsynth, Sfizz, Yoshimi, DragonFly Reverb and others.
