Yes, that is the advantage of being a violinist or instrumentalist who can carry their instrument: you can play it outside, whereas this is a lot more difficult with pianists! Of course, singers have done a lot of good work serenasing from outside, during this lockdown, too. Has happened a lot in Italy but I'm sure in this country too.
