Gadjo Dilo - a reference to Tony Gatlif, is an ocean bottom deep syncopation for the floor - heads down. The title track - Papaver Somniferum is a dislocated dreamscape of trippn' urban Little Red Riding Hood. A Spaziergang through a misplaced sound palette that grows ever strange as the track evolves. Wait for the sudden deflection, that changes the tone and takes you to another level. The N1MA Dub of the title track is a straight-forward departure from the original version, that switches to next gear and boosts one higher up, rocketing through the atmosphere. SH2000 Dub is the terminus of the journey - space. The only recognizable sound is the distant echoes of the melodious female voice, warped in time-space.
