Symphony of Blistered Skies [Dascillia Field] by Leila Wilson [Woofle] published on 2017-09-11T09:10:16Z More M1 practice. I ended up liking this better than the original! Unfortunately, I lost a lot of what I used to build said original, and as such, the intro is a touch janky. Anyway this is ECO stuff, so if the lore interests you, read on, I guess. :V I wanted to do a better job of using this song to convey the landscape of Dascillia, as well as the type of place it is. Celestion is a place bathed in antiquity, but Dascillia is more modern. Telegraph lines and train tracks slice through the landscape, along with wagon trails and other signs of technology. In some places, smoke from factories blocks out the sun. Farmland is scarce, but what fertile land there is, is covered in farms and ranches. Dascillia is a country at war, but it's so vast that away from the battlefield, all one can usually hear is the wind. Loving the strings. Just gorgeous. Lively enough to catch the ear but not too over-the top to loop well. This made my night. 2017-09-13T08:51:22Z Comment by ec2151 experimenting with the M1 VST eh? I love a lot of its sounds. This has the nice feel of your usual acoustic blends, with a real unplugged vibe with neat touch of minor synth backing and electronic drums at points. Epic length too! I'm a sucker for harmonica solos as well =) 2017-09-12T03:06:55Z Comment by XABY302 noice 2017-09-12T01:49:38Z Comment by Nick Nuwe It's very lively!
