"Not too far from the Teselaya Prefecture Border, you start seeing the derricks, nestled in amongst the low rolling foothills of the Nocesis. If you head far enough east into Huliyah Prefecture, they become more numerous, right up until the Crystal Traderoute drops you head-first into Bfumé. It's a dusty little town, or rather, it was, before the oil boom. Lamps need lighting, and trains need oil to move, and people are willing to pay quite a pretty penny for light, transportation, and anything else they can get their hands on. The Bfumé oilfields are about the only thing of note in the Huliyah region, but the town has *really* sprung up in the past 10 years. I don't even recognize it! The roads are all paved, even! It seems just as dusty and far away from civilization as ever though, if you go out around the outskirts." ~Versearrun's Diary
