Laura Roy Laura Roy London Grammy-nominated Canadian songwriter, artist and producer Laura Roy blends her love for classic 70’s folk and 90’s r&b vocals to create a unique soulful sound. After multiple artist releases and collaborations, Laura earned “Best R&B Soul Recording of the Year” at the 2020 East Coast Music Awards in Canada. Her follow up EP titled “Tides” highlighted her experiences growing up in rural Nova Scotia and featured writing collaborations with Grammy nominated UK artists Lianne La Havas and Geo Jordan. Laura is currently based in London, UK where she works as a songwriter, vocalist, producer and continues to develop and release her artist projects and collaborations. Laura has worked for pop heavy hitters, Camila Cabello, Anne Marie, Mae Muller and most recently gained Grammy recognition for her contributions as a songwriter on Doja Cat’s 2021 “Planet Her” album.
