LaNK [AKA Lank Robinson is a Lanky 'High'ly motivated, inspired, & creative DJ/Producer/Street Artist who was raised on electronic music practically from before birth by 'Hollywood Houdini' parents. Going through many generations of incredible DJ's & Producers from a gamete of styles and genres from the early beginnings in the late 80s & early 90s House & Techno, to living in Bombay India and being a regular at the Goan & Trance shows, to his Philadelphia short lived college days of Electro & DNB, to the foundations of his sound in Dubstep, Filth, Grime, Crunkstep, Brahstep (ya that's ro'ight 'brahstep'), Hardcore Full Flex, Trap, & even Moombathon. Traveling the US and blasting filthy bass driven beats the whole way. The whole thing for LaNK is the fun and energy that everyone shares, like that unspoken telepathic link of a good trip. When everyone has a smile from ear to ear and can't stop bobbing and ducking, as if they suddenly got a Bass transmission of Parkinson's disease. It's all about the fun, good times, good memories, & bass that shakes your clothing and inner core like a seismic wave. Enjoi!
FYI: If you follow me in the hopes of getting more followers for yourself, and drop me after I add you, then I know your not into my sound and are clearly just trying to shamelessly self promote your tracks with mass numbers of followers. In that case stick to spamming blogs or message boards because I'm not someone who's down to just be another meaningless number. I follow artists who have a sound that deserve to be followed and who enjoy my sound, in other words: Individuals, not cookie cutter duplicates of the good groups and artists already out there. If you want to shamelessly promote yourself, go to the TL in San Francisco and sell your body like all the trannies who also shamelessly self promote themselves! Schwag! COME ON SC NO CHEAP SHOTS OR TRICKS TO BEING A GOOD MUSICIAN, PRODUCER, OR DJ! Whats next?.. More people trying to get big on the beatport charts by hiring someone to mule or bot (buy in mass) their tracks in order to make a shit'e track get charted, thats ef'n weak guys.... lmfao come on already Our heroes don't do that they just bust their asses to get the sound they love, atleast the true ones don't. Anyone can Milly Vanilly it, doesn't make it right.
