L.I.E.S. podcast 010-Jorge Velez live @ La Java, Paris by L.I.E.S.

It's safe to say New Jersey native Jorge Velez has immersed himself in music for the better part of his life. Playing in bands and quietly producing music in his home through the 90s, we saw Velez come into the light with his Professor Genius project somewhere in the early 2000's.
Since that time those who have followed him have seen his sound evolve most notably with 2012's Hassan project, as well as the release of his MMT tape series which showcased his early studio experiments.
2014 holds promising for Velez with a slew of new music close around the corner and many surprises up his sleeves.
This live set was recorded in October 2013 at La Java, Paris and demonstrates the scope and range of his music.
