Podcast Series” offers a deeper insight into the artistic practice of Gideonsson/Londré, with their new work “Tanned head, pickled feet” as point of departure, and with focus on the artist duo’s explorations of the bog body Tollund Man, experiences of time, immortality and the bog. Gideonsson/Londré (2009) is an artist duo consisting of Lisa Gideonsson (b. 1986) and Gustaf Londré (b. 1985). They live and work in Kallrör, Sweden. Their works often take the form of performances and installations, their starting point being alternative temporalities and behavioural patterns in new constellations of bodies and languages.
