Ray Boucher, the attorney who represented the victims in the clergy sex abuse settlement, responds by KPCC published on 2013/02/01 18:38:08 +0000 The Los Angeles Roman Catholic Archdiocese has released thousands more documents as part of its settlement with a class action lawsuit in 2007. Victims of clergy sexual abuse demanded to see them, a judge ordered them released without redactions, and now they’re in the hands of the public. Ray Boucher represented the victims in the settlement. The spokesman for the archdiocese wouldn’t say anything to KPCC other than Boucher got the documents before they were publicly released. Boucher explained to KPCC’s Steve Julian why this doesn’t sit well with him.
