Kiara WL

I am a 360 degree artist. My passion for music started when I was only a little girl: at the age of 6, I could already play the guitar and the piano. During my teenage years, I decided to take things to the next level and discover the world of songwriting as well as music production. My DJ roots are from the so-called “French House” wave, including Benjamin Diamond, Modjo, Daft punk, Alan Braxe and Cassius.

2002 is the year that saw me launching my new career as a radio speaker. From a little radio broadcasting in Rome, I’m now a regular host in one of Italy’s biggest radio stations: Radio Studio Più. Here, I host and produce my show “Discology”, every Thursday night, that brings the London sound to Italian homes. I also interview producers and singers from the house music world.
Also on Select Radio I present a weekly night show with Music Box Records every Friday at 1 AM.

In 2021, I founded my record label Music Box Records in London: a fresh label with music at its centre, spanning across house music, deep house, nu-disco and Garage. The label's debut track on Music Box Records "Meet me on the dancefloor' has already gained support by BBC Introducing, and played on BBC 3 counties radio as well as several Spotify playlists.
