While much of my work can be physically challenging (yoga teacher)mentally stimulating (yet clearing at the same time as a Transpersonal Coach) + emotionally revealing (Sound Therapist + all of the above) as it revolves around looking inwards and transcending darkness into light, there comes a point, I’ve found, where it’s easy to get stuck in the story. There is a fine line to being addicted to our refinement. 🙏🏽

Yet in this process, (I’ve recognized) we need to celebrate EXACTLY where we are in this moment. This moment is what leads us to the next and all the moments before led us ✨here✨ for a reason. 🌼
In connection to celebrating the pure YOU, the connection becomes so true that the „refinement“ just becomes a natural unveiling process in life🐛🦋
