Kaligoh Kaligoh Eindhoven Kaligoh arose in 2012 from Eindhoven, the Netherlands. It’s members come from different backgrounds in heavy music, which is notably present in the compositions. Maybe the approach of music is best described as less is more. Kaligoh’s music is more about creating an atmosphere than about highlighting individual skills. Blood, sweat and tears are pouring out of every riff, word and dynamic change. And it’s all there for a reason. The feel of the groove has to prevail for Kaligoh. Together all these elements create a musical moment; sometimes small, sometimes big but always intense. The musical origin of these elements are various, the main components are sludge and doom but also traces of black metal, stoner and hardcore can be found. The first, self-titled, EP was recorded in January 2013 by Mo Truijens (Komatsu). The EP will be available end of February as download and limited edition cd.
