Joshua R. Pruett Joshua Pruett Austin Composer Hello there! Just wanted to share some recent pieces I have been working on. I have always been drawn to orchestral composers and film music. From watching my mother accompany for choirs and symphonies, to hearing the ominously brilliant Danny Elfman scoring Batman, I was destined to love this music. I think it's the way an orchestra can paint a story and convey so many different emotions through it's progression. So much passion can be portrayed without saying a word. This is my stab at it. It's been so nice to finally be able to get these ideas down to something tangible and with each piece, my goal is to tell a story. I live by imagination; it's what helps me write and get inspiration. So here's to writing music that hopefully moves you in some way. With that said, please enjoy and let me know what you think!
