John Nichols Band John NIchols Band Baltimore Raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, country singer/songwriter/bassist, John Nichols has over 25 years experience playing the local music scene in Baltimore as well as touring up and down the east coast. Inheriting his love of music from his parents, Nichols tried many instruments over the years until finally getting a bass guitar, at age 15. After attending Shenandoah University for a couple of years, Nichols dropped out to pursue a full-time career in music and has never looked back. Nichols is set to release his first country EP "Country Life" in 2016. His musical influences include Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Gary Allen, Eric Church and Jason Aldean.
