MOMU Spain (Moving Toward Multiprofessional Work) by Jm Herranz

The European project MOMU (Moving towards Multiprofessional Work) is a KA2 project inside the Erasmus + Program where are going to work together mainly social workers, artists, journalists and psychologists from four countries: Finland, United Kingdom, Estonia and Spain (UCLM).
