Jinadu Jinadu London https://www.facebook.com/Jinadu-366676118864/ From the intimacy of piano and voice to explosive, bass heavy electronic pop melodrama, Jinadu is bringing a new flavour to modern music. With influences stemming from his childhood as a chorister and a voracious appetite for all forms of music, old and new, you'll struggle to find an artist with such wide musical horizons. Jinadu, who sings, writes and produces has released many of his own tunes on various imprints, as well as collaborating with the likes of Om Unit, Kirk Degiorgio/As One, Si Begg, and Jimpster, Mozez and Sophie Barker (Zero7). He is also one half of The Beauty Room, a band who have garnered much high praise from the likes of Radio 2's Bob Harris, Q Magazine (4 stars), Gilles Peterson, Radio 1's Rob Da Bank and Pete Lawrence, Big Chill Festival founder where the band performed on the main stage. Turning his hand to deep house, Jinadu has been busy working on over 15 collaborations with various producers and labels such as Innervisions, Compost and Moodmusic. This was in no small part thanks to the Dixon remix of 'These Times', a collaboration with deep house aficionado, Jimpster. His recent vocal contribution with electronica's rising star, Om Unit is stirring things up with 200,000+ Youtube hits for the stunning '2001' homage video.
