Podquisition Episode 87: I Need More Bulbasaur Candy by Jimquisition published on 2016-07-14T21:39:21Z Laura's still on a break, which means Jim gets to teach Gavin all about Pokemon Go! But first, Gav needs to learn about Pokemon. Like... the entire premise of Pokemon. Elsewhere, we get first Jimpressions of the HTC Vive, there are more YouTuber money shenanigans, and Laura delivers zingers from far away. Genre Entertainment Comment by Stephen Butler 26 Pokemon GO plus 1600W offroad electric longboard? :) 2016-09-02T08:49:53Z Comment by Ruin&Listen So true Gav, haha 2016-07-20T15:26:43Z Comment by Ben Biglin Have you two watched any filthy frank? 2016-07-19T15:29:51Z Comment by Xion I found the newer Total Recall better than the original. The newer Robocop was alright. Compared to the original and taking into consideration the technologies and capabilities of film at the time they were both made; the original was better. I think exposition and presentation as well as some other facets were better in the newer one, yet it completely ignored the campy nature of the original. On their own though as their own movies disregarding the existence of the originals I enjoyed both - Total Recall more though. 2016-07-19T07:18:11Z Comment by Xion The streaks sound like imperfections in the lens fabrication. Should be considered grounds for defective and treated as such. 2016-07-19T06:48:29Z Comment by Xion Astro A40? *groans loudly* Oh Gavin... Sennheiser Game Zero or a used set of PC 360 in working condition. Also the HyperX Cloud II seems to remain comfortable for my GF while wearing glasses. 2016-07-19T06:41:21Z Comment by Xion Have to admit: I've bought, played, and finished it. While I won't deny how disturbing the ending sequence was in concept - the way it "ends" felt like a huge let-down. (Trying to say this without spoiling anything - keep responses the same please) 2016-07-19T06:34:35Z Comment by Xion These individuals often forget that they may be fine with such things, but that some or maybe even a majority of your audience may not be. 2016-07-19T06:27:30Z Comment by Xion The ever living fuck? If I saw that happen near me I'ld break the bastard's jaw! 2016-07-19T06:20:38Z Comment by Xion Nope... nope... NOPE! Not getting that trash stuck in my head... *glares and shakes fist angrily* 2016-07-19T06:01:34Z Comment by thcollegestudent That's actually really great adivce 2016-07-18T21:04:06Z Comment by thcollegestudent its been a great couple of weeks with you guys and guests. but it will be nice to have the Butts back 2016-07-18T20:53:02Z Comment by thcollegestudent I've always appricated how Jessie Cox does it 2016-07-18T20:06:05Z Comment by thcollegestudent "Grift" GREAT verbage! 2016-07-18T19:48:10Z Comment by thcollegestudent It does kinda smack of datamining 2016-07-18T19:24:07Z Comment by Elle Sea I always assumed there was some sort of background social context that I'm not privy to. Sort of like how a country with a strong puritanical background turns out games where you work to earn power and eventually defeat the devil with your personal agency. 2016-07-17T17:02:29Z Comment by Matt Pinaud Heavy man. 2016-07-17T14:40:17Z Comment by GodzillaGuy92 !!!!!!!???!!!!?!?!?!!!?????! 2016-07-17T14:19:35Z Comment by Jesse Astle Keemstar especially is really awful. 2016-07-17T11:46:06Z Comment by Jesse Astle So no Pokemon Go song then Gav? 2016-07-17T11:03:30Z Comment by GodzillaGuy92 Or a movie. Overwatch is already surprisingly family-friendly, and everyone compares the animated shorts to The Incredibles. Just market it toward the Pixar crowd and you've got a hit; as works of short fiction, those Overwatch animated shorts already approach the level of Pixar shorts. 2016-07-17T11:03:21Z Comment by GodzillaGuy92 And here I am in both camps at once. 2016-07-17T10:47:10Z Comment by Alexander Sehested He feels it now, the pulse of the light. 2016-07-17T09:38:00Z Comment by lazeus fulford Has anyone else noticed when ever gav is salty he will fake laugh to try and make himself look less salty. 2016-07-16T17:48:03Z Comment by GodzillaGuy92 Yes, but keep in mind, the '90s Pokemon craze had a steady, robust stream of content between several full-sized games and a hit weekly TV show. This time all we have is a lone, bare-bones app. 2016-07-16T17:17:33Z Comment by GodzillaGuy92 Damn, what an introduction to the show. I think Gavin's the only human on Earth (including the parents of '90s kids)who doesn't have that episode burned into their brain. 2016-07-16T16:57:32Z Comment by Matt Hugh i suppose you know puffy ami yumi....they did the teen titans op... well, if you didnt.. 2016-07-16T16:42:01Z Comment by Matt Hugh part of y little darlings list https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riiiV4CnIfM . not at all the subject(girl bands) but branching out is fine sometimes) & of course Onitsuka chihiro 2016-07-16T16:37:17Z Comment by Matt Hugh I tried doll box & soon will band maid. i didnt know about them. i like more indie like bands. one f them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajzGp3a5Xn4&list=PLK67UnL3TBjCsypuhLv1_qcdGEXffF_IG also, bonnie pink(tales of vesperia intro, she does both eng&jp),Do As Infinity(try fukai mori&shinjitsu no uta) 2016-07-16T16:35:04Z Comment by Matt Hugh i dropped got this season. i hated it. one kudo though: how to sell rape to women and mazke them so happy they rejoice? stroke their egos for a whole season first. seriously. remember why the viper wanted to kill the mountain? do you think the nun deserves ANY OF THAT? 2016-07-16T16:30:49Z
