Let's meet our dj for episode 404, DJ Upakut:
I started the label Kevlar Beats in 2016, I had the idea while DJing on Kool and working with a couple of now defunct labels.
I have been Djing on different radio stations before settling at Kool London where I have been since 2006.
The label is an outlet for music I feel is good in Dnb, not just 1 style. That is what I try to highlight in this mix. This is 100%
Kevlar Beats / K2 with tunes on the way, some just out and some which have been out a while. Even a couple of tracks which may never see the
light of day! I want the artists to express themselves and do what they feel and am happy that they keep coming back stronger.
The label is growing stronger and I can't wait to see what is coming!!!
