Javier Loya Javier Loya Houston, TX 77056 Javier Loya is a Houston businessman and co-founder of OTC Global Holdings. He was educated at Columbia University in New York and is currently serving as Co-CEO of OTCGH, a commodity brokerage. Over the years, Loya has been recognized for his leadership and business capabilities. In 2002, the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce named him Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2007, he was honored as an “Emerging Leader” by the Greater Houston Partnership. Javier Loya played football while in college and is currently a minority owner of the Houston Texans. He is married with two children.
