James Drakes James Drakes Pittsburgh James Drakes is an acoustic/indie rock singer-songwriter based in Pittsburgh, PA. After writing his debut EP "Quarter" he formed the band "James Drakes and CT3" to release a full length album entitled "follow these rivers". Now he plays and records as "monallo" an acoustic rock band. The band is currently playing and scheduling shows across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina as they begin to establish a regional presence. In 2018 James became a Global Ambassador for the environmental nonprofit group "The Plastic Ocean Project" and he continues to raise awareness to environmental issues while performing across the eastern US.
