James Wolff James Wolff London James Wolff is a London based Singer/Songwriter/Composer/Filmmaker. He has supported Grammy award winning Imogen Heap at the iTunes festival and composed an original score for the UK premiere of ‘Molly’s Dream’, the play by Maria Irene Fornes, performed at Battersea Arts Centre. Currently working on the new album 'Across The Border' out Summer 2016. He has written and performed work with the string quartet The Benzetain Ensemble as well as continuing to perform with his band. His collaborations include work with Leo Abraham and Peter J. Schwalm. With influences ranging from Tom Waits and Nick Cave to Jaques Brel and Leonard Cohen you'd expect great lyrics and great stories and that's exactly what you get from Wolff's unique songs. Stories and characters, sometimes comic, sometimes tragic but always with a lyrical turn of phrase second to none.
