Lullaby Project with dads in prison by ITT Music published on 2021-09-06T15:41:35Z The Lullaby Project gives mums and dads in challenging circumstances the opportunity to create bespoke lullabies alongside professional musicians, allowing them to explore their thoughts and feelings about their children, enhancing the bond between them by creating something that can be treasured forever. The Lullaby Project was originally devised by Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute in the US. Following a successful UK pilot in 2017, the Irene Taylor Trust and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra have again joined forces to bring the project to three regions of the UK, supported by Arts Council England and local funders. These tracks were written with dads in prison in July 2021.
