Image and Sound Bucharest Image and Sound – a cultural NGO started in 2017 with a focus on visual and sound arts and a keen interest in the theoretical framework of contemporary art. We aim to draw new "lines" of sight - and - sound experience and to encourage artists to create unconventional connections between different art forms. It was conceived by Elena Dobîndă and Emilian Mărgărit, driven by their practical and professional curiosity for contemporary art, philosophy, cinema, experimental and avan-garde music.
