IDENTITY THEORY Inspired by the sounds of the Cure (goth era), Dead Can Dance, Massive Attack and Lyceum, IDENTITY THEORY is a solo ethereal goth project composed and performed by multi-media artist, Jonathan Carter Schall, with voice, guitar, and drum machine programming. Inspired by the Cure's gothic era, Joy Division, Dead Can Dance, Massive Attack, and Interpol, IDENTITY THEORY promises an atmospheric, post-punk, gothic, dream pop experience. Currently in the studio, Jonathon is recording a four song EP, demonstrating the IDENTITY THEORY aesthetic, while networking with like-minded musicians on bass, drums, keys, and guitar, seeking those committed to adding their vision to the mix, and bringing IDENTITY THEORY to a greater audience by way of ongoing recordings and live performances.
