Random CV Experiment 02 by ianboddy published on 2012/11/24 21:10:36 +0000 This one is based on the stepped section of the SSG producing a RS&H CV and being clocked by a DTG but then the random CV is in turn controlling the timing by feeding in to the VC In. Lots of other random CV control. Main pitch is an NTO with FM control from a high pitched PCO. Also sending it through the Frequency Shifter and a Variable Q VCF which has both it's band pass & low outs being mixed and fed back into itself. TKB is being clocked in random mode from a DUSG which is clocked by the DTG that is running the RS&H timing but running at a slower rate due to a longer fall time. The TKB is controlling VCF cutoff & FM amount on the NTO + simple pitch changes on the NTO. The effects is a feed being taken out and run through a Doepfer reverb unit but with a larger Accutronics tank and then through the Cwejman SPH-2 spatial phaser and then through the Variable BW VCF with the Hi & Low bands being panned left / right (there's also a slow LFO courtesy of another DUSG sweeping this filter). Other than the wet / dry fade in / out at the start & end my only input was some subtle tweaking of the rise & fall times of the main DTG.
