Hydration (Reggae/Rock) Matt, Sam, and John Green Bay, Wisconsin Hydration is a Reggae+Rock band from Green Bay, Wisconsin. Formed in 2016 as a solo project, the movement has now grown into a trio with a head-bobbing sound. Matt Kaster (lead vocals/guitar) originally founded Hydration as a solo act, with big dreams to begin a reggae band. After years of writing music, performing, and searching for like-minded musicians, he joined forces with singer-songwriter Sam Charlier (@sandmansings), who took the role of bass in the summer of 2017. The two began by playing a few small duo gigs before finally completing the original lineup with John Wallace (drums) in early 2018. Starting off with a setlist of Reggae covers, the band has now gravitated towards all original music and just finished recording their first studio project. They've got a message for the people and a fresh new sound. Hydration is building a reputation for an original Reggae/Rock groove supporting conscious lyrics.
