Hervé CUDENNEC Nantes Hello, I am a traditional singer from Brittany, in the Western part of France. I have been singing for 30 years to make people dance ("kan ha diskan") in the festoù-noz (Breton bals where people dance in circles and drink beer and chuchenn in a festive atmosphere!). I also sung "gwerz" (sad laments) in concert in church, accompanied by the organ, the trumpet and the bombarde. I took up the diatonic accordion 5 years ago and I play dance repertoire (waltz, an dro, gavottes, etc ...) and sea songs in Parisian bars around Montparnasse. Having lately discovered music theory, my new passion is harmony. Hence this Soundcloud site on which I file my "Breton or Celtic inspired" compositions that I harmonize and orchestrate on Musescore software and that I mix on Samplitude Pro X6 DAW. I want to share my passion for the language, the music and the culture of Brittany, my land. Thank you for your listening and feedbacks on my music.
