It seems like a kind of miracle that these five very different guys come together and work together. But they did, and as so often it was the love of music that made this live project, called "ZO Décadence Project", possible. Since their first gigs, which were not possible without hard discussions and strong emotions, they have created a sound that is never predictable and can only arise when different artists create a common sound in almost infinite variations. This makes each of their shows a universe of emotions and sensations. Maybe like in a "film for the ears", as Frank Zappa once called it. Sometimes, though rarely, you can hear them adjusting tempo and pitch. but even from such situations, which are typical of live situations, they develop new ideas, and while the musical ideals and repertoire are well defined, Daniel, Andy, Chris, Arnold and Thise are able to adapt and bring in the part of improvisation that enriches the music with just the right amount of freedom. Daniel aka Border - Connect brings to the world of deep house but generally has a wide range of music, Andy has a repertoire that includes the melodic parts with a tendency towards the dark side, while Chris is the guy at the turntables who simply knows every rare and well-known record that has been in this area since his childhood in Berlin. has appeared in this area, but mainly plays his own style called Deeptroit. Arnold, who grew up in the deep Bavarian provinces, with a penchant for the rough and raw, but also very avant-garde, he can set exactly the right counterpoint to possible too many borrowings from the mainstream. This, last but not least, with a career as a keyboardist, composer and conductor with musical craft including writing parts for all instruments in the orchestra in a variety of styles, is the one who has composed, recorded and produced a huge collection of his own music since 1989. In doing so, he constantly steers new levels of truly original and extraordinary sounds to the bone-dry rhythms of his friends. On the synthesizer he likes the loud, brute sounds, but can also produce sounds reminiscent of classical and modern classical music.
