Opener ‘Phoenix’ is an expansive tune with dreamy pads, spiritual synths and the sort of uplifting grooves that get people on the dance floor. The organic percussion is perfectly jumbled, while soulful chords add plenty of warmth as heavenly leads take you to the skies. The superb ‘Two Wrongs’ is built on a more turbulent bassline and swaying drums that are topped off with heartfelt xylophone melodies. It’s playful and groovy and full of character.
