Garda London London 3-piece Garda have crafted their sound with big riffs, heavy bass and stomping drums, all backing an infectious sing-along chorus. Taking influences from classic song-writing to dynamic flair, the band are building an exciting sound that has captured a devoted following throughout the country. The trio only recently formed and quickly picked up on the musical catalogue of lead singer/guitarist Lee Burgess to cement a solid and energetic live performance. Aided by Andreas Podda (bass) and Scott Thomson (drums), further new songs are already complete and the band look set to release debut material very soon. Recent touring alongside The Rifles and Skaters (including a sold out performance at Koko) together with headline shows at celebrated club nights including; This Feeling, Cherry Cola and Blow Up, have helped Garda prove their potential and show there’s an exciting future ahead.
