The SF Bay-Delta is California’s most critical water resource. When the snowpack in the mountains is low like this year water policy becomes more important than ever.
Tribes, development interests, agriculturalists, natural gas fracking, and environmentalists are fighting over their share of this resource.

So what does a just water policy look like?
