Festival Festança Festança is about Permaculture and Travelling (especially hitchhiking), with a strong connection with World Music. After so many trips and rides, there is the will to lay down the backpack and settle, here and now, and put our feet on the earth to create roots; even during confusing times there is the need to celebrate! We are living, and this is our present! Taking HitchFest’s ride - the mother project - the focus on travelling and on living and sharing experiences remains. Thus FESTANÇA was born.
