“Dark Entity create amazing soundscapes through the use of powerfully-distorted pads. The NZ producers use samples to create an organic-feeling intro – leaving the listener with a somehwat creepy feeling behind, hinting that there’s a dark journey ahead for the listener.

“The drop is dangerous, with a deep low-end sounding full and warm. The percussion patterns sound intelligent, as ‘Vexation’ evolves with more elements appearing in the mix. The kick and snare work together, both are present in the mix without effecting the other elements involved.

“The listener can hear great progression, mostly through the soundscapes and percussive elements involved. A good example is the break, where the listener can hear this progression as the track moves forward towards the second drop. There’s an amazing use of keys coming through!

“At the second drop, all the previous elements return to the mix and make ‘Vexation’ what it's supposed to be. What a journey Dark Entity have created – two very dangerous producers from NZ!“
